US Immigration Fund has announced that US Citizenship and Immigration Services continue to issue EB-5 US visas to immigrants who have invested in the Boca Raton Via Mizner project organized by US Immigration Fund, with the investors also ultimately getting back their original investment of $500,000.
The final stage of the EB-5 US visa process sees immigrant investors receiving permanent residency as a result of the I-829 approvals, as do eligible members of their family. The construction of Via Mizner is intended to create new opportunities for their families who will be able to live, work and study anywhere in the US. Because of the developer’s EB-5 US visa loan repayment timing, several applicants had not yet received their approvals, resulting in them choosing to redeploy their returned capital.
This capital has been redeployed by US Immigration Fund into a carefully chosen real estate investment that uses the rigorous evaluation standards of the project, and they are now in charge of the repayment of that redeployment ahead of schedule. With the redeployed capital now being repaid, US Immigration Fund is working with all I-829 approved applicants to coordinate repayment of their original investment to allow them to begin living as permanent residents of the US.
The president of US Immigration, Nicholas Mastroianni III, says that the project is one of the first to deal with redeployment and repayment successfully and show their commitment to working within the EB-5 US visa program’s current landscape.
