Regional Centers are designated projects which qualify to accept investment dollars through the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program. The Immigrant Investor Pilot Program allows foreign investors to create US jobs and boost the economy by investing in approved US projects (known as Regional Centers). Once a Regional Center has been approved, the Regional Center needs to file USCIS Form I-924A (Supplement to Form I-924) each fiscal year. This form is important to keep the Regional Center designation. The form must be filed on or before each December 29. Filing the form ensures that the Regional Center can remain in the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program and can continue to attract investments. If a Regional Center does not file this form, this will be seen as an intent to terminate and may eventually result in the loss of the Regional Center designation.
