G-1145 (E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance)

If your application or immigration petition can be submitted to the USCIS Lockbox facilities in Chicago, Phoenix, and Lewisville, you have the option of receiving e-notification when you application or petition is accepted. This means that you will not need to wait until the acceptance is mailed to you to hear of the acceptance. However, to apply for e-notification you must file USCIS Form G-1145 (E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance) along with your application. Form G-1145 must be attached to the front of the form you are filing. The e-notification option is not available for any petitions and applications filed at USCIS Service Centers and Field Offices.
